Eze (pronounced like “Izzy”) is a Singaporean-Burmese filmmaker working across art, documentary, and narratives to bring to light the struggles of minority groups across Asia Pacific.

This short film follows Alex as she navigates grief and uncovers the circumstances around the loss of a loved one. Mysterious and profoundly personal, City of Gold by Singaporean filmmaker Eze is a solemn and deeply intimate look at the promises and perils of the migrant Singapore Dream.
